Which counties do you support?
Any US county. If yours isn't live yet, we onboard new ones in 3–5 business days.
How do I receive the leads?
Straight into a Google Sheet you own. Direct API push — no downloads or imports.
Is my county exclusive to me?
Yes. Maximum 3 investors per county. Once seats are claimed, no one else gets your leads.
Do you have tax-delinquent or pre-foreclosure data?
Tax-delinquent signals arrive Q4 2026. Pre-foreclosure is not on our roadmap (data cost would force higher prices).
What formats do you accept?
CSV and Excel. If you use BatchLeads or Zillow, direct imports are coming Q4 2026.
What if I cancel?
No contracts. Cancel anytime. You keep every lead you already received.
Do I need technical skills?
